Electronic Records and Signatures Disclosure
This disclosure applies only to this agreement and its related signing, delivery, audit, and verification records in PactStamp.

1. Your choice to use electronic records
Using PactStamp electronically is optional. Before signing, you may stop and arrange a paper process directly with the other party. PactStamp does not mail paper copies or decide whether either party must accept a paper process.
2. How to withdraw consent
Before signing, do not submit your signature. After signing, email [email protected] with the agreement ID and your party name to withdraw consent for future PactStamp delivery. Withdrawal does not erase or revoke a signature already submitted and may require the parties to arrange future delivery outside PactStamp.
3. Copies and contact information
You may view, save, or print the agreement HTML at no charge. PactStamp does not provide mailed paper copies. Email [email protected] if the address used for agreement notices changes.
4. Technical requirements
You need a current web browser, internet access, an email account when an agreement link is delivered by email, and enough device storage or a connected printer to retain a copy. PDF software is needed only for optional PDF files; the HTML record is the primary electronic format.
5. Changes to technical requirements
If PactStamp changes the hardware or software requirements in a way that creates a material risk that you cannot access or retain a later electronic record covered by this consent, PactStamp will provide the revised requirements and explain your right to withdraw electronic-delivery consent without a fee or any new condition. Before sending another covered record electronically, PactStamp will require renewed electronic consent that demonstrates access in the revised format.
6. What PactStamp does not verify
PactStamp records what the parties submit. It does not verify identity, signing authority, facts, professional licensing, worker classification, legal validity, enforceability, notarization, or an independent signing time.
